To improve efficiency, Colbek employ remote monitoring and management (RMM) software to keep tabs on our clients’ IT functions. We remotely troubleshoot and remedy issues with servers and endpoint devices saving time and providing a fast response to IT problems.

Managed services differ from the typical approach of most IT solution providers. The break/fix model, for example, is usually priced on a time-and-materials basis, billing an hourly rate for repairing a customer’s IT equipment and charging for parts or replacement gear.
